This was the first Ride to the Rescue: first time for this new cycling event; first time the new Regatta Island has been used to host a major cycling event and the first time cyclists have helped raise funds for Nate’s Honor Animal Rescue. Pedal for Pups benefits Nate’s Honor Animal Rescue a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue organization. The facility provides rescued dogs and cats with a NO-KILL sheltered environment. Its Mission is to save the lives of homeless pets by changing the way our community views animal sheltering and shelter pets. To provide an educational and family friendly environment that will change their future one animal, one family, and one generation at a time.
